By using My Car Journal ("MCJ"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Service description
MCJ is a vehicle logbook and expense tracker. We provide the app "as is" and may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
Accounts & subscriptions
- You must provide accurate account information.
- Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow their respective policies.
- You may cancel Pro at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a license to host and process that data solely to operate the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse MCJ, attempt to access others' accounts, reverse engineer the app, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer
MCJ is not a substitute for professional mechanical, financial, or legal advice. Cost estimates and reminders are informational only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCJ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
